That being said I think I recall correctly someone tried to make Silent Killing if you search out silent killing, via the search option, you may find something.

Just have them highly rank up move silently, and get sneak attack dice from various sources. If they are using a big enough weapon, the sneak attack from Shinobi Swordsman should be more than enough. ...

Another option is fast 3/White Knight 3/Taijutsu Master 10/Exemplar 4/Byakugan 2

If you game stops at level 20, then drop 2 levels from Taijutsu Master. You can still get improved evasion, as well ...

Also, if you really want to make that many Jyuuken - Nidan Dachi attacks, make 361 palms, it'd be an epic technique, but oh so worth it.
