Frankto, i was reading the techniques in the Core, when i read that a jutsu can be interrupted for a month, then futhermore you say that can be interrupted for 3 weeks. Sorry if i'm mistaken.

I haven't built a ton of fighters that do taijutsu as their main method of fighting. I know a few pros on the Discord have more experience in that area than I do.

Its as it says Jeremy, the -5 for Tree Climbing is to your roll. Same for Water Strider, it's a -20 to your roll.
