That's fine (arguably might be a balance issue with naruto d20) - but I would suggest that you mention that in the rulebook as standard issue d20 modern allows it.

What about the combo of unarmed and TWF? It was FAQed in d20 that it is quite possible - and that unarmed counts as wielding a light weapon. It can be freakish mean with Taijutsu Master.

Yep. Frankly - I don't know why you wouldn't, as the only disadvantage is slight inaccuracy - and Gentle Fist is very accurate which cancels that out.
