My group is from Kumogakure. I use the sound clones, genjutsu stuff. So I wouldn't benefit much but if a full party all had mist clones the tactic bonuses would be off the scales.

Would be kinda OP if they did... Though since they keep the feats, get something like Heoric Surge and they can all take an extra action etc.

If they do get tactics though, that would be awesomely ...

I have yet to find a great use of them... until then, I'll just keep them around... >_>

Fuuinjutsu is fairly rare for non-jounin.
I was just thinking about Tenten who uses storage seals all the time and Shinkamaru who uses a seal to store a lot of water.

How rare is Fuuinjutsu generally...?
Think its possible for a 9th level Chuunin from Kumogakure to know Chuuzouin? Or is it way off limits?

You'd have to get a weapon storing seal for something like the kunai(and the base one could hold 8, as well as essentially giving you quick draw with stored weapons)

It specifically sais it can not crit... doesn't say anything about sneak attack damage. Why would it not apply?

In a world of ninjas, you cant really make anything useful for battle until you get the advanced summons then, can you? Its not like a wolf will be of any use in combat... and no huge birds to fly on, ...
