"He" not "She" (the thing you have quoted in siggy was a joke), and the word is real as far as I can tell (it was used to describe third hokage unless I'm mistaken)

Shinobigami.
A combination of shinobi and kami.
Shinobi means ninja (for us westernly people this'll do)
Kami means god. (This is used for just about all gods and spirits, also in Shinotism, so it could be the god of fire and whatnot, or just the god this here tree.)
However, in some occasions (don't ask me for grammar rules  ), the suffixes or added words are slightly altered. The first 'syllable' or 'letter' changes to it's cousin, ka/ki/etc becoming ga/gi etc. fu etc. becoming pu etc. and so on and so on.
Thus: Shinobigami. A ninja god.
*stops being a geek* (yeah right, like that'll ever happen )

Since we all hang around here, we have that very dangerous thing about getting to geeky than our bodies can handle. Thus, every now and then we have to get to the local pub, play some metal tunes, make a fight and get all that stuff out of our bodies. The next day, all is back to normal, however. Thus, you should do this excercies once a week, at least. Two if you're able

The best way, though, is through just being so f*cking awesome and play metal live. That's the best way to get it out

I also must confess that watching anime, reading manga and reading Naruto d20 taught me a lot of japanese vocabulary. Of course, i don't know verbs or how to form any phrase, not even how to write a single Kanji, but that's a start
