Ironically this massive meaty monster isn't something that would scare me, I actually was forced to make a character that was scarier than this, His name was: Nekoshi "The Untouchable" I'll post him here to compare him to that guy. however by normal standards that is just a boring super powerhouse.

(Also, We ran another campain where I created the Avatar Techniques from Hack//GU, it was a fun One-shot, but way overpowered.)

The Untouchable was basically the most annoying thing you'd ever meet. He specalized in an Epic Technique that allowed him to basically use Displacement. he had a naturally high speed rank and was all around just mean. That and he had Sharingan, Darkbane now as its called back then we just called it 'Madara's broken eyes.'

The Avatars were just mean. if you aren't in the Avatar state all damage dealt to an avatar was reduced to 1/100th and they dealt great amounts of damage. as I said fun One Shot. would blow long term.

Edit: Oh and my friend made a Sephiroth based Character...I called him unfair after that.

I to made an uber nemesis for our campaign (he's dead now, for about a year now), it was a lvl 38 Magic Beast (Generic Demon) with 60 shinobi levels. He basically ran the BBEG organization w/o anyone knowing until much much later.

It took six lvl 25-ish player characters and one 38 (My character, for support, no exp) to take him out. By the end of it my character and two others were standing (Aburame Rei, Inuzuka Shin), the other pcs were unoncious but helped out a crap load..could of never done it w/o them.

edit: yes critical hits help.

See, the first one isn't very mean at all, especillay when you have a guy like...

Fast Hero 10/ Strong Hero 10/ Epic Fast Hero 10

This is with a level 30 so it's way different.

But with this, you can have a permenant speed rank of 10 and a permenant strength rank of 3, I believe, without PU's.

So now, this guy is untouchable, with the proper feats and abilities will win initiative, strike, and be so far away when it's the opponents turn that they won't be able to even find him. Fit him with a Zanbatou, and you just got a huge surplus of damage against anything coming his way, or near anything.

The ultimate enemy? The Eldrim from the demon supplement that's still in the works.

You're all making needlessly high level opponents. Just take a level 24 character, and give it 10 power ranks. See how your players like it then.

EDIT: And for the record, you need to be at least level 51 to gain 10 permanent speed ranks.

Indeed.


I also didn't have the attributes that high.. I believe the highest score was 22 maybe and it was charisma because he was a smooth talker. It's never fun to make a unbeatable NPC/character. Because it then becomes that bad game/movie with no point.
