I was wondering if they will ever add it, i just want to know for it is one of my favorite eye abilities, along with Byakugan. I like pain, or pein, he is my favorite of all the Akatsuki, not due to his power, but how he looks for he reminds me off me. Please reply to this soon.

We can't add it to the file as, so far, it has yet to have an ability. His bodies may not be part of having it. Also, there are a few on the forums that are made, but as for one being in the file, it probably won't happen, as the file isn't updated for individual things.

found it what it does. Actually the Shanigan can learn justsu's, but not instantly, while the Kerrigan can, also it can learn jutsu's from all the six elements. Thats about as much as i know thus far

No.. again you are not listening.

Rin'negan cannot learn them instantly, he can just master/learn them very fast in addition to using all elements. I said this in the above post.

and. .there is no such thing as the kerrigan or shanigan.

I know we don't know a whole lot about the Rin'nengan (sp) yet, but I have to say, if it was usable, it would probably be incredibly broken.

When you put it like that it doesn't, and if that's all, then I guess it's not too broken (but even then, you've got all the random bloodline stuff and gates and everything). I guess I was thinking more along the lines of Pain and not the actual bloodline or whatever it is.

His eyes allow 'him' to use any technique. However, it seems as if 'he' has a capacity and that's also my theory on his many bodies and why he keeps making new ones and/or bringing out old ones. It seems to me like each one specializes in a certain field so they can be extremely powerful in that field. Without the different bodies, I'd bet he would suck since he wouldn't be able to summon so many different types, be a crazy puppet-rocket guy, control gravity, et cetera. That's just my two cents.

And it doesn't seem like he can use any bloodline techniques, my guess because he doesn't have said bloodline. I doubt he'll ever pull out a Jyuuken style of any sort or see him use mangekyou. It just won't happen.

yeah, that makes sense. I still think if he was to have access to learn them, he would be able to learn Bloodline techniques, because the way they describe bloodlines (at least later on) is the combination of two or more different types of chakra, but I guess the Rinnengan (I'm still not sure on the spelling because I've read two many different transliterations) might not give them the ability to combine the different types of chakra, just use all of them. In any case, I don't think we will know for sure for at least a few more chapters.

but in actuality the sharingan is pretty broken too it just allowed cause of sasuke fans etc. lol gotta give the fans what they like. the rinnegan doesn't see chakra as well as the hyuuga line or the sharingan and has little to no distinct ability. the sharingan has the some of the most ridiculous jutsus and allows u to copy others. take the black fire for instance that has no real counter unless your another sharingan user etc. i agree that its much more fleshed out(due to being used by a main char) but no less ridiculously powered than than the rinnegan, sage mode, hidans immortality(even if he himself isnt a badass) and anything to be released recently. i agree not to release it till you know what your releasing lol i mean just not releasing something because in theory it sounds broken is why the d20 system has requirements and lvl adjustments. then you let the players make descions as to what to do with the material and if its appropriate for their own game.
