Since I have a feeling Frankto is going to say something along these lines, I figure I just will answer for him.
He's either:
A. Too lazy.
B. Doesn't see much promise in the idea.
C. Is working on it (doubt it).
D. Has yet to get around to it.

Well I can quick make one
here is my try. Name it yourself. probably add some more skills, too lazy.
HP: 1d8+Con mod
AP: 6+ 1/2 LVL
Skills: 12 ranks distributed in Balance, Jump or Tumble and Taijutsu 6 ranks
Feats: Advanced Bloodline (Hiraishin)
Special: Hiraishin 1
Classs Skills:
Balance, Chakra Control, Climb, Jump, Ninjutsu, Sleight of Hand, Survival, Taijutsu, Tumble.
Skill Points at Each Level: 3 + Int modifier.

Skirmisher: When you move at least 10ft before you attack, and do not end up in the same place as before, you gain +2 to Attack Rolls and Damage.
Relentless (short Rel): Should an opponent leave melee combat, he counts flat-footed towards you until the end your next turn.
Elegance: You may modify your damage rolls (unarmed or light weapons) with dexterity instead of strength.
Electric Blows: An opponent subject to a critical hit by your unarmed attacks, takes -2 to Defense and Reflex saves until fully healed. This penalty stacks. |

@Ragnar: I do not think Frankto has stopped working, he didn't work on the mainfile since 20.2 (what I can get from the last-edit)
probably he is discussing ideas, like the ones that have been tossed around, but probably that is my wish, and he just sits around in the sun, counting pages? Who knows
but I believe in the good.
Oh and to work on something means that following points are fulfilled:
a) You must have the idea
b) You must be willing
c) The ideas must be solid
probably the current problem is point c. |
