The plan right now is to include 1 occupation, 3 feats, 1 class, 5 sealed items, 10 techniques, 30 components and 2 NPCs. Estimated price tag between $3.49 and $4.49. _________________ "It's like making a cake, but instead of a cake it's a game and instead of frosting I have no life."

Fantastic. Could I perhaps persaude you to turn this supplement into a compendium and throw in any puppet rules from the main file? I'll pay extra for my copy.
Either way I plan to donate a fairly large sum to the project within the week. Bribing you to make this book better would only be a plus hahaha. |

Suggestions for components would be welcome. _________________ "It's like making a cake, but instead of a cake it's a game and instead of frosting I have no life."

um les'see...the puppet feats, techniques, and class from the main file would be nice if it was just like, repeated in the supplement like the D&D "complete" series. Also that mechanics section about puppets in the "tools" chapter would be great too.
If you wanted the specific feats and techs I'd like to see in there instead of just "all the puppet feats pl0x" then I need a little time to compile the list. I'm eager to see this book.^-^
EDIT: I made the list of main file puppet content, it's larger than I remember haha. Not sure where to put it if you want it. |

It's a supplement. I'm not going to buff up the pagecount with already existing content. Anything that goes in is completely new. _________________ "It's like making a cake, but instead of a cake it's a game and instead of frosting I have no life."

Out of curiosity Frankto, how long does it actually take to put a supplement together? _________________ "You're a new kid on the block, young girls scream and old boys mock" |

Depends on the supplement, depends on the inspiration, depends on my willingness to actually work on it.
Some things are easier than others. A class can take me as little as 20 minutes, sometimes as much as two hours; techniques I can do in less than five minutes almost all the time. NPCs can take me as long as an hour each. Coming up with and translating for the techniques can take me five minutes to half an hour sometimes, per technique, while other times I can do it in less than one.
So it can take me from maybe three or for hours of actual work, up to twelve or fifteen. _________________ "It's like making a cake, but instead of a cake it's a game and instead of frosting I have no life."

i have an idea for a puppet component, but due to how difficult it may be, i don't see it being implemented, but it is a suggestion none-the-less.
The idea is a combination component that allows smaller puppets to combine and create a larger, much more powerful, but much more complex puppet, probably requiring a technique to be used as well as having all puppets made with this component.
Anyway, that is my 2 ryo on components and a possible technique. |

If you havent already Id love to see a component that disasembles the puppet like kankuro's crow. Rule wise it would probably just become a swarm.
Edit: And maybe a few more elemental cannon techs? And Puppet Theater: The show must go on. I dont know what it would do I just like the name. hahaha
Edit 2: Also maybe a camera-eye component that allows sense chakra and see through chakra to be used through the puppet, that can then be paired with a tech that allows sight through the puppet.

it's already in there, IMO: Detatchable limbs.
Game-wise, I'd say it's just a special part of the technique that makes the entire puppet disassemble and stab into Ant. |

I would like to see more melee options. A "spike" component for defense, and an elemental gauntlet (would love to see a puppet using a fire punch).
Besides that, it would be cool to see rules to make puppets with different materials, like specially prepared wood that can help the puppeters chakra flow. |

I made rules for special materials, but I hadn't thought of that. I'll consider it. _________________ "It's like making a cake, but instead of a cake it's a game and instead of frosting I have no life."

Melee options would be nice as well as offensive jutsu in general. Will there be any of Kankuro's techniques, out of the three puppeteers his is the most easy to emulate or will they be completely original?. _________________ "You're a new kid on the block, young girls scream and old boys mock" |

Still looking for suggestions for techniques and components. I'm looking to finish the supplement soon and have it released sometime in April. _________________ "It's like making a cake, but instead of a cake it's a game and instead of frosting I have no life."

Changes? No. I am adding 6 new puppet cores, however. 2 huge puppets for the epic puppeteers, 2 special large puppets, and 2 modern puppets with a twist. _________________ "It's like making a cake, but instead of a cake it's a game and instead of frosting I have no life."

Huge puppets, huh? That sounds interesting.
And I thought of a component, not an original one but one that I guess I could mention: The buzzsaw, as seen on the 3rd Kazekage puppet. I don't know how one would implement it, but I figured I'd at least mention it. _________________ ZeronosVega's Creation Index |

I...don't think a buzzsaw is a "natural" weapon... |

I'm looking at it from an effect-basis. |
