Bearer of Shukaku small questions

Both of my questions are about Sand's Embrace.

First: "The attack deals damage as a slam attack from a magical beast one size larger than the
character" I can't find any table of dmg dice / size of magical beast.
Can someone help me with this ? Coud You tell me the dmg dice size for 3rd level Bearer of Shukaku ? ( Base character is medium size ).

And second question.
Can Bearer of Shukaku use his Sand's Embrance to make Attack of Opportunity when someone is trying to use ninjutsu ?

If he can, then is he gaining AoO every time when someone within 30 ft trying to perform ninjutsu ? ( Of course if he have AoO for this round )

The statistics for magical beasts are on page 221 of the d20 modern core rulebook. A 3rd level character would deal 1d4+1+str modifier.

Also, the sand can be used for attacks of opportunity but only on opponents adjacent to you(included in the description: "The character still threatens only the squares adjacent to him despite the range of this attack").
