Justu and Weapon Feats

Do single target offensive Jutsu count as Weapon-Like in the same vein that Spells in DnD like Socrching Ray are?

I could be wrong, but I believe that in the subject of offensive ninjutsu, there are some that are Rays, I could have sworn seeing them. Even then it obviously only could apply to jutsu that require an attack roll.

While that would normally solve my problem, the Ray section also says that the Ray cannot crit unless specifically noted in the Jutsu. Something counter intuitive to d20 as a whole as NORMALLY Ray and Single Target, HP Damaging Effects can critically hit.

So, unfortunately that doesn't solve what I'm asking.

Hmm. As it stands I'd probably rule that only Taijutsu could benefit from it based on wording, though I'd permit it and test it out to make sure balance is kept. I can't imagine it being unbalanced even if you apply Weapon Specialization afterwards.

Well, honestly, I'd like Frankto to answer this one, as it's...
A) His System Mod and
B) His Jutsu Rules
So, if we decide yes, and he calls us morons for even thinking that normal D20 rules applied to his Jutsu system, I'd rather be on the right side of this. lol.

Honestly, if I don't get an answer from him, or one of his inner circle soon, I'm just gonna do it the way I believe it should be done and say screw it.
