Greetings,
Is there a reason that the minor level (+1) sealed item Titan armor has a lower Purchase DC that basic Samurai armor? DC 16 compared to DC 20 respectively. Any comments/insight is as always appreciated.

The only thing that makes any sense is if as a sealed item, you cannot improve the Titan Armor as you would a standard suiterms of Samurai armor. But I'd need a confirmation of that rule, because I cannot find it.

According to 'Ze Rules', they cannot have any additional seal slots or seals, so they're stuck with what they're made with.

That could be the reason, as standard Samurai armor has the potential to be better/more flexible than the Titan Armor.
