hi,
Is it a feat or a prestige class to use genjutsu with a musical instrument?
All genjutsu except the Magen: Mugen Onsa don't need an instrument.

Greetings,
In the core rules and various add-ons, there is no feat to my knowledge that covers what you want.
That being said, RinVindor's Community Compendium does have a meta-chakra feat by the name of Artistic Illusions that pretty much allows you to replicate Tayuya's brand of Genjutsu. The Community Compendium is free to download and periodically updates with content created by the members of the Naruto D20 Forums.
