Epic Ability Focus

Just wondering if there's some balance concern that I'm unaware of as to why there isn't an Epic Ability Focus feat. Is there just not one because most abilities don't scale into Epic levels well and there aren't many Epic level abilities?

There are no epic monster feats (barring multiweapon fighting, which isn't intended for most monsters, obviously).

Except Ability isn't a monster feat in Naruto d20.

Ability Focus
Added proficiency with a special attack
Prerequisite: Special attack.
Benefit: You choose a single special attack to focus in. The ability must be an
extraordinary, supernatural or spell-like attack obtained from a race, template or class. Add +2 to the DC of all saving throws of the attack you focus in.
Special: This feat can be selected multiple times. Its effect does not stack, but each time it applies to a new ability.
Ability Focus cannot be applied to a spell, technique or item.

You could apply it to the Smart Hero's Trick or the Shade's death attack.

And more; Charismatic hero talents, many bloodline abilities, etc. it just wouldn't seem over powered to me and should I play a character with some relevant ability again, I'll likely ask the GM to house rule Epic Ability Focus feat as an option if nothing else. I wanted to make sure that there weren't any glaring loopholes that broke certain abilities or something that I missed.
