They have a kage, I forget the title though. The first one is mentioned in the fillers as coming from the bee clan, and the fact that it's one of the 5 great villages says it does.

The Bikouchu bug episodes... its somewhere between the Mizuki arc and the episodes with Anko. I know, I know, that's a lot of ground to cover... but at least it narrows it down.

A Kamizurui character would have:

- Gift of Summoning
- Blood Pact (Bee) (I've made it and can post it here if you wish)
- Those three or four hijutsus shown on the episode.
- Craft (Poisons) and a very high Craft (Chemical) skill.
- Technique Focus on most of their Hijutsu, and Ninjutsu Adept.
- Meisagakure no Jutsu (They used it when hidding from the Konoha shinobi)
- They would have the Earth Element as favoured, since they are from Rock, and possibily lots of Iwagakure Hijutsu, and most basic Doton (Ishi Shuriken, Dochuu Engyou no Jutsu)

There already is a feat/ability that gives you more Action Points/level. It's in Eberron. But in Eberron, there's also an Action Point cap/level, so it makes sense there. The feat increases the cap, as well. Makes less sense in a game where you stockpile APs for "boss battles" and learn checks, etc.

in the zanshi of the winds entry are many mistakes

mistakes include: defense, bab, atk, full atk, saves
semi mistakes: hp, rep, ap

better would be:
