How easy is it to get technique scrolls and what is a good guideline for how much training time and access to techniqes.
Also To identify a technique it must be known to you but does that mean you know it or that you have seen it used before? |

For technique scrolls it should be under the Res column, that basically tells you how difficult it is to get, refer to the genin, chuunin and jounin feats, each allows you different accesses to items.
As for training time, im not sure, depends on the campaign, and the standard training methods arent used in the campaigns i play in.
For identify it doesnt have to be in your technique list, a knowledge of the technique would suffice. I suggest asking your DM or not if you happen to know a technique, but if your genin starting up chances are no. If your say a chuunin or a jounin starting up, probably, but still check with your DM. _________________ "Life is a farce! Knowing of many techniques could be solved with a knowledge: ninja lore assuming you haven't seen it before. _________________ I plan on living forever... so far, so good. |
