I was searching "Naruto RPG" and "Naruto d20" with google and after some links I found the web with the previews. I'm here since then.
My favourite part? The fact of using the modern d20 classes and the technique system. Awesome. _________________ Oden! Guide our ships, our axes, spears and swords! Guide us through storms that whip and in brutal war!

I was doing a search on Google for Naruto D20. Mainly becuase I wanted to see if anyone was doing a RPG based on Naruto. There was one site called Eternal Rage which was doing it, but then their site went down.
But I digress. I was just looking around and found Frankto's site. I was and still am very impressed with the work the Naruto D20 team has been doing. I do have a few requests to ask but will do those later.
My favorite part is just the overall mechanics of the game. I've been reading the D20 Modern book and reading the main file of the Naruto D20 and getting a lot of my questions answered. The techs are my favorite section as well as the clans.
Keep it coming. |

I found out about this ever so wonderful project from a thread on the Wizards boards. Ever since, I've been in rapture at the ease of use and fun of the mechanics. The best part, I think, was the way the clans were set up, and the techniques as a whole. Keep up the good work guys! I look forward to every update, no matter how small! _________________ "Grandma says you have to leave 'cause you're ruining everyone's lives and eating all our steak!" |

Very nice work!!
my fav is the advanced classes and the clans model. |

I was on the Narutofan forums and there was a thread on Naruto RPG's. I posted what I had developed for my DnD game there, and someone else gave me a heads up that there was already some d20 stuff out and about. I looked on some search engine and this is what I found. I LOVE IT!
About five or six months ago I posted some ideas for a "chakra master" basic class for the DnD games on the Wizards boards and I got some... feedback, on it and decided to develop a class to use for my DnD game. Started a new campaign with some friends, and one of them turned out to be a Naruto fan. We got talking and I brought up this idea and he bought it and I developed the class. When I found this site, I dumped what I had created and implemented these rules into my DnD game "almost" flawlessly. Frankto and team actually used a more advanced version of the system I had already been using, just in d20 terms and not DnD. |

I saw it on the Wizards Anime d20 board. I've been watching the project since almost the beginning. |

I found this place while searching for a Naruto conversion for the D20 System.
I love the all of the jutsu that are in the file. The character concepts that they inspire is staggering. _________________ - Onigumo

Found it on google searching for d20 Naruto.
I have to say I'm really impressed with all the talent and work that went into this project. I'm sure everyone using this resource appreciates it. |

My friends and I were working on a conversion of our own, too (though we didn't exactly stick to the D20 rules). One of my favorite ideas (that just would have been a pain) was that each character was granted so many hand seals per level, and each justu cost so many hand seals. Gah, I like this system WAAAY better. It's very in depth and follows the anime and manga to a huge extent.
BTW, I found it on Google while looking for a Jutsu list for our game

My friend introduced me to it when we were trying to come up with a decent system for Naruto... needless to say, this project was great... still is, but that's besides the point. Then I met Frankto, who has stabbed me a few times with his sarcasm... I'm still here. |

I was actually linked directly here from the Wizards.com forums. Someone there tried a format that was more D&D-esque, but ended up being much less feasible than the system Frankto & Co. have made. I was already reading the manga and was impressed with the simplicity of the technique system and the sheer volume of material that was covered, so I decided to start a campaign of my own. My favorite part of Nd20 is probably the high degree of flexibility that you have when making a character. |

I found it like many others. I searched "Naruto RPG" and after sifting through a bunch of crappy RP sites and bad systems I found Frankto's place.
I've been entranced ever since.
Favorite part? Probably just the fact that it's actually THERE to play. Naruto is probably the first thing I've been "fanboy-ish" about. (flame away lol) |

I was given the pdf by a friend and didn't think anything of it due to the collection of pdf i was gaining for D&D. A few months later i accually look at it (seems kinda lazy for a Naruto fan but meh) and loved it. No 'i'm going to pull out my gun and shoot someone' or 'my gun is bigger and i will do more damage, here let me shoot him'. I wasn't exactly excited about Modern D20 because of that. Then thinking of the set up for Naruto (even with guns it all pretty much equals out with chakra etc) and it wouldn't be strange to go around with a sword or something like that like it would for Modern d20. I mean come on, if you saw someone walking around with a sword looking to use it for more than pratice, decoration or classes wouldn't you look at them kinda funny? even when it came to saving the world.
Anyways i've talked enough and prolly more than needed. _________________ Sneakycuteness |

I was doing a naruto rpg and then got stoped in the jutsus part. Looking for some ideas, I've arrived here
But my favorite part on this project is this forum, really. We can even have some of our ideas in the book, if it's good enough, as well as a good discussion about rules and everything. _________________ GET OUT!!!

My reason is very similair to Magus_Schneider's. I was working on my own rpg system for naruto and then I got stuck on making the techs. So I searched all over goole for Naruto RPG's to collect ideas for jutsus. I wetn across all this crappy systems which are made only for naruto-series character which made no sense to me till I suddenly decided to check if there maybe is an actual Naruto setting out there for D&D. Eventually, I got to this place... |
