Happy to see there's some interest. I'll see to it it be out soon. Expect something roughly the size of the Sage's Handbook, perhaps a little smaller, but with more meat and less bones. _________________ "It's like making a cake, but instead of a cake it's a game and instead of frosting I have no life."

This seems intriguing. I have to agree with Aigol, this sort of thing would be fun to throw at players. Especially if said players didn't know of the existence of such a book.
(Possibly Stupid) Question: If this book ever gets updates, will those who purchased it get the updates for free? _________________ ZeronosVega's Creation Index |

So, now with that being the only thing that's stopping publication...
Would you guys buy a product without a fancy cover? ...if it was real cheap? _________________ "It's like making a cake, but instead of a cake it's a game and instead of frosting I have no life."

Who needs a fancy cover, the content inside is going to be enough to draw me in. _________________ There's nothing quite like having the soft reset keystroke down to a zen-like art form. Every time a character dies and you reset in the same motion, you come closer to transcending this reality. |

Hell, I'll buy two. Cover art is nice to have, but it's not the reason why I'm buying the product. _________________ Don't be a dick! Be a DUDE! |

Sweet, I was just thinking of pressure-point based attacks the other day.
Will these be normal hit it with your fingers though, or will we see an expansion of the use of Senbon (which in the show, have always been used to hit pressure points where fingers could not)?
Alternatively, having senbon be the only weapon (besides unarmed attacks) would give them a very nice boost, as you could then combine the style with poison for lower damage. |

Currently it's a purely taijutsu style. I may or may not include use of senbon in later updates. _________________ "It's like making a cake, but instead of a cake it's a game and instead of frosting I have no life."

Looking back, didn't Haku do something with Senbon and pressure points?
Although, the mix of this style (using Senbon) and poison seems like it could cause some problems in game balance. Just my two cents, though. _________________ ZeronosVega's Creation Index |

Haku, Kin, and every other senbon user has basically explained the use of them is that if you know anatomy, you can hit pressure points and instantly paralyze/kill/knock unconscious the opponent. |

I suppose that was one of their perks, beyond being able to spam them. Again, the most practical application of senbon for the current system is using them with poison. I like making medical ninja who specialize in paralysis poisons to make use of senbon. _________________ ZeronosVega's Creation Index |

The thing is, you can also poison a kunai and deal 4x more damage (and add strength modifier). |

While this is true, the sheer number of Senbon which can be thrown a turn definitely outweighs the number of kunai thrown. As such, many more chances at poisoning your opponent.
Either way, I will at least support the notion of Senbon having a potential use in this system. _________________ ZeronosVega's Creation Index |

Sheer number is only one more in this case. Senbon allow one additional attack, while kunai and shuriken allow as many attacks as normal. |

While it may only allow one additional attack, that's gaining the ability of a feat you don't have to take from levels. Though I think senbon should be able to throw two with one attack roll since they're so weak, but I'll leave that alone since it'd cause a huge argument about fairness even though they only deal 1 damage. _________________ There's nothing quite like having the soft reset keystroke down to a zen-like art form. I'm going to go ahead and add a prestige class for it too, a sacred fist version of the Exemplar called the Exalted One. Expect a release of this thing in the coming weeks. _________________ "It's like making a cake, but instead of a cake it's a game and instead of frosting I have no life."

I've just finished the iconic NPCs, two occupations, finalized the Exalted One class, made sure everything made sense. Now all that's left is to finish section 1 and add some fluff before I'll be ready to release the supplement.
Approximate sale price is currently $2.50 USD. _________________ "It's like making a cake, but instead of a cake it's a game and instead of frosting I have no life."
