*pats* There there, it will all be worth it in the end.

Looks and sounds interesting, boss.

I'd hate to add more to your plate in case you weren't, but any plans for including this creatures in the CC?

Code:
Ningyo (人魚?, "human fish", often translated as "mermaid") is a fish-like creature from Japanese folklore. Anciently, it was described with a monkey’s mouth with small teeth like a fish’s, shining golden scales, and a quiet voice like a skylark or a flute. Its flesh is pleasant-tasting, and anyone who eats it will attain remarkable longevity. However, catching a ningyo was believed to bring storms and misfortune, so fishermen who caught these creatures were said to throw them back into the sea. A ningyo washed onto the beach was an omen of war or calamity.

If I ever make mermaids, they're going to be more like the sirens. Awesome until you get to close, then she drowns you.

Note to self: Avoid anyone beckoning you from the water in cmkawasaki's campaign. Even if not a siren, be safe and stay on land. Or have gills. Or destroy all water. Safety first.

Getting back on topic, there's some real nightmare fuel in this book. I'm sure you'll all enjoy it.

CR 1 Encounter, at most. This looks like something I'd use in the first game to screw with my players, at most.

It made a PC, who shall remain nameless, retaliate by stealing a few tons of C4 and using it all at once.

Anyone who gazes at the eye should make a will save to avoid becoming fascinated and shaken by it.

Hey, guys. This is just a progress update to let you know that the project is going to be delayed for a while. The fact is, I'm not running or playing any ND20 games right now and I've kind of run out of steam.

It doesn't help that I've recently gotten into Pathfinder and I'm developing some proper Modern-day rules for a campaign I'm planning on running and possible future distribution.

Sorry to disappoint all of you who were expecting more. It's not dead—not yet, at any rate. It's just been put on the backburner.

Well, having already gotten a peak at the PF stuff Frankto has been working on I am excited to see the full release of it. It makes Firearm builds much more plausible, though the release of the Marksman class will also make a bit deal on that.
