Have a player that is going to play a firearm user, and I'd like appropriate jutsu. Ported the Bow Art: Basic Shot for him, but want to make more.
Has anyone else made any by chance? |

No, and to be frank, I can't see the point. Unless it was some sort of chakra firearm that uses your chakra for ammo, then you may have cause there. Note that if it's made of a certain metal, you can use ninpou: chakra nagashi on the ammunition, as they are technically classed as thrown projectiles. Or at least I'd allow it.
But otherwise, guns are guns. Take advantage of the fact it's a ranged weapon with decent damage. _________________ Purge the Mutant. Destroy the Alien. Eradicate the Heretic. Burn the Furry.

Chakra Nagashi can actually be applied to the guns themselves, and the benefits would be applied to the ammunition. Just as a bow would its arrows. _________________ Be careful when you follow the masses, because sometimes the 'm' is silent. |

Probably what I'll be making more of is gun stances and strikes, more so than "magic bullet" type things. |

You might consider making a thematic variant of Shuriken Kage Bunshin to turn a single shot into an autofire attack (D20 Modern Core Rulebook, pg 148). Could be an interesting way of mixing the thematics of ninja and guns, anyway. |
