indentifying

Hi. I have read the main file, but i think i dont really understand the whole thing of indentifying a jutsu... I know that identify a genjutsu gives you a save for disbelief, but what happens with ninjutsu or taijutsu?

Identifying a ninjutsu or taijutsu can give you some benefits depending on your class, feat, or bloodline selection. Unless you opt to go for these, the only thing it really does is let you develop the technique later.
