This is my first attempt at creating feats similar to Epic Sharingan, but for the Byakugan, Doukagan, Keirigan, and Koimeigan bloodlines. Feel free to comment or suggest improvements, as I admit that these come off as being rather copy-paste.
These are also available in Word Document form.
For reference, here is Epic Sharingan:

Your ability at maintaining the Sharingan activated for a long time improves further, enabling you to keep your Sharingan activated, to some extent, most of the day.
Prerequisite: Sharingan Eye +4, Genjutsu 18 ranks, Ninjutsu 18 ranks, Taijutsu 18 ranks
Benefit: You gain the ability to partially activate your sharingan eye. In this state, the
Sharingan Eye only grants half its standard bonus, rounded down (maximum +3), and you cannot use any abilities relevant to the Sharingan eye (such as Offensive Foresight, Glare, or High-Speed Sight).
You may still perform techniques requiring the Sharingan to be active, activate the
Mangekyou Sharingan (bonuses from the Mangekyou Sharingan do not count towards the maximum +3 Sharingan eye bonus), use technique mimicry or concentrate to See Chakra.
The cost of Epic Sharingan is paid every 10 minutes (1 point of chakra), rather than every round. |
| Quote: | Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan (Epic)
Your mangekyou sharingan evolves into its perfect form.
Prerequisite: Advanced Bloodline (Sharingan Eye), Mangekyou Sharingan, Sharingan
Eye +6, Spot 27 ranks.
Benefit: The character can activate his Mangekyou Sharingan an additional 2 times per
day safely, and gains a low-light vision and a darkvision 60 feet while it is active.
The mangekyou sharingan always appears to be activated, though additional bonus aren't
granted. The character does not suffer mangekyou sharingan blindness penalties from
using techniques (but still may from overuse of the ability), and can use mangekyou
sharingan techniques even when the mangekyou sharingan isn't activated.
The character heals an additional point of mangekyou sharingan blindness per evening of
rest.
Special: The primary way of obtaining this feat is by absorbing another pair of
mangekyou sharingan eyes.
Doing so allows the character to immediately gain both of the previous mangekyou
sharingan's host's mangekyou techniques (see mangekyou sharingan feat, below). |
And here are the new feats:

Byakugan Eye only grants half its standard bonus, rounded up (maximum +3), and you cannot use any abilities relevant to the Byakugan eye (such as Combat Insight, Keen Sight, or High-Speed Sight).
You may still perform techniques requiring the Byakugan to be active, use Telescopic eye or concentrate to See through Chakra.
The cost of Epic Byakugan is paid every 10 minutes (1 point of chakra), rather than every two rounds. |

Keirigan Eye only grants half its standard bonus, rounded down (maximum +3), and you cannot use any abilities relevant to the Keirigan eye (such as Deadly Insight, Executioner’s Mark, or High-Speed Sight).
You may still perform techniques requiring the Keirigan to be active and concentrate to See Chakra.
The cost of Epic Keirigan is paid every 10 minutes (1 point of chakra), rather than every two rounds. |

Prerequisite: Koimeigan Eye +3, Spot 18 ranks

Koimeigan Eye only grants half its standard bonus, rounded down (maximum +5), and you cannot use any abilities relevant to the Koimeigan eye (such as Adrenaline Surge or High-Speed Sight).
You may still perform techniques requiring the Koimeigan to be active and concentrate to See Chakra.
The cost of Epic Koimeigan is paid every 10 minutes (1 point of chakra), rather than every two rounds. |
