Greetings,
Have a query from a player in my campaign. With regards to Fuinjutsu: Gesouin and the like, the Main File describes:

Does this mean you must know the technique to unreal the scroll, or can any mook with a decent Ninjutsu check open it?

| Any mook with a decent ninjutsu check can open it. Of course, they would have to make a check to identify the seal first if they did not know what it was or know the technique itself. |
