  • Soldier Pills now give 2d4+1 chakra instead of 1d8+1

    Techniques:
  • Kanashibari is supposed to immobilize for a very brief period of time and is used almost exclusively by ANBU, according to the databook. Modified, all village hijutsu

3 Suggestions:

1.In chapter 290 Orochimaru used enchanced Sennei Jashuu named Sennei Ta-Jashuu (Hidden Shadow Hand of Many Snakes) which produced much more snakes ... while I don't se sens in making a stronger Sennei Jashuu with just more snakes, perhaps this version could summon snakes to entangle opponent (the way that Oro used normal Sennei Jashuu on Enma)

2.It would be nice if Kage Mane duration could be made longer by spending more chakra without ability to convert it - the way one can make X Rank Speed jutsus last longer (of course if should be per target). Reasons? 1 - Story wise Shikamaru most of the times complained that he is out of chakra after using Kage Mane for some time, 2 - right now Kage Mane has little use if opponent has same amount or more chakra than you.

3.Since you started adding effect for fully mastering some jutsus perhaps fully mastering Jyuuken could increase damage die one step? (1D6 damage without strength isn't much compared to what Taijutsu Masters can deal later on.)

Ok, I admit Kage Mage should be able to catch people with more chakra than one has, but look at it this way:

Which means, if caught flat-footed, unless there is some trace of escaping, Kage Mane no Jutsu completely screws you over. Then Kage Kubishibari Kills you. It's deadly, if you don't have some method to stop it... however, I have to say I like the idea of increasing the duration by spending chakra.

I just wanted to point out that the Kage Mane is the STRONGEST of the Low-Level Binding Jutsus, since the person that uses it is not paralyzed.

Question, Frankto. Can Shikamaru simply use the kagemane during it's only round, paying the cost, and hitting them automatically since they can't move, thereby continuing the jutsu for it's cost?

The Chakra Control mechanics changed a bit, and for that, I'm sorry. I was very reluctant to make that change, but GMs, don't panic.

The optional rule to let the things be like they were before is still in effect. I have done this as an effort to let people focus in other things, because frankly, the Chakra Control mechanics were a bit harsh on the players.

I have also implemented rules for simplified chakra system.

Rurouni Kenshin was really sweet, but it suffered the same flaw as many anime, they kept making it even after they ran out of ideas.

Actually, the anime is quite good. And the manga came to an end after the anime. They didn't keep making it after they ran out of ideas, contrary to maybe your belief. Now, they DID take too long to get a strong plot rolling, I must say.

Hm.. If Hiten Mitsurugi Ryu is coming to play, how about adding:

Hirazuki (Saitoh's fighting style), and whatcha-ma-call it (Shishio's fighting style)?

If you think that's able, of course. ^^

If by "Hirazuki" you mean Saitou Hajime's Mizoguchi Hiitou Ryuu, then the answer is no. It's bland, and there's only 4 techniques in it. Ishiki, Nishiki, Sanshiki and Zeroshiki.

And I doubt I'll be adding Enishi's Watoujutsu either. As for Shishio's style, call it whatever, I'll call it Satsujinken because it means "Sword of Murder", the only technique that doesn't figure there is Guren Kaina, and I have no intention of adding it either.

Seriously. I might add Oniwabanshu Nittouryuu, though.

Actually, no one knows Hajime Saitou's style. It may even have been Ittou-ryu. In Kenshin Kaden, they call the chain of techniques the RK version os Saitou has simply "Gatoutsu" - a technique and it's variations, put simply.

Shishio's style does not have a name; it's a "garyuu", a self-taught sowrd style, according to Kenshin Kaden.

I'll probably write some stuff about Enishi's Wattoujutsu, Kamiya Kasshin and the Muteki style, if I'm not too lazy. ^^

How about some of the Juppongatana techs, Frankto? The Orochi was pretty interesting, as was the whole Honjou Daikusarigamaryuu...

All of them are specialized techniques with weapon nobody will ever have, like Kamatari's weighed scythe or Cho's sword. The rest are all done, except Usui's Poukou-something Pongyou-something Something Something. I won't be bothered to remember the name, because it was just a flurry of blows anyway.

Anji's Futae no Kiwami is done, Soujirou's Shukuchi and Shuntensatsu are done, Shishio's Homura Dama and Kaguzuchi are done (Guren Kaina isn't going to be there). I don't remember there being anything else, except maybe Han'ya's dynamite drops.
