I have a question and don't know where to go.... How do you calculate a chakra pool for a character above first? I'm mainly talking about a 15th level character with 18 constitution....

Please do pay attention and read more carefully next time, both in the books and on the forums.

In the first chapter you would find that the answer to your question is simple: Level + Con Score.

Level 15 with 18 constitution would have, at a base, 33 points of Chakra.
