This is one of the most disturbing discusions I have ever been privy to.

What there's already kyuubi for Naruto. Are you planning to let the kyuubi loose?

I like the new elemental techniques. Specially the Fuuton techs and the Katon Epic Tech rules! Suiryuudan no jutsu is just fine, just as I think it would be. I can't wait to see puppeteers and the kyubi. Thanks for all!

PS: I was thinking to ask you about the "one hand seals" possibility. But you got there first. I will use that feat Laughing

Impressive. All the things in this update are awesome. The rules for puppet construction are so good. The training subtype is a fantastic idea, and tsuuga, garouga and other inuzuka-like techs are well-converted. Amazing. Congrats, 200 pages of the best Naruto RPG ever!

Thank you, thank you! Very Happy

The puppets rules still need to be finished, but it should be enough for now. I'll add the basic puppets real soon, I promise.

Actually, I'm really unsure about those. So unsure in fact, that I completely forgot what I had planned for them. Tell me if anything is unclear, missing or simply left out, please.

Zing, update again. I got behind in my technique making, but I'll make up for it next update with finished Kyuubi and more techniques (Kyuubi is done, I just need to make corrections)

I know, I know. No techniques, but I promise I'll have at least more genjutsu and Hyoton/Raiton next time. I'm starting to work on them as soon as I can get enough ideas.

And hey, you have a new bloodline to work with now.

No one's gonna blame you, Frankto. We're not that bad Very Happy We religiously wait every week update hoping you don't run in lack of ideas.

I like the changes on bloodlines, less chakra spent. 10 rounds with my byakugan active now means 15 CP, not 20. I still need to get more chakra pool. Would be a feat to decrease chakra usage on Bloodlines overpowering?

The new weapons open new visions of my npcs. Also some player would like to use that tessen. Thanks for your time.

Use the tessen? Odd. Oh well... thank you for your good words!

I'll try to see what I can do for the bloodlines.

I think its a good update, the idea of spending 2 chakra per turn for sharingan and byakugan seemed unrealistic. In the show, they never seem to drop them... the lessened cost makes much more sense.

I'm looking for ways to reduce the cost even more, but I can't put the cost at 1, because that would simply be too little. And if I want to make it 1.5, that just doesn't work. Any ideas?

I'd like to know what they think is so harsh about paying 2 chakra per round for a bloodline's powers. I find it a very reasonable cost.

With the exception of the fact that in the show, they never seem to run out of Chakra due to their bloodlines, you are correct.

Kakashi is not a true sharingan user. We can suppose he uses more chakra for this reason. But supposing things means we don't know it. Seeing that Neji uses his bloodline frequently, I just can suppose he doesn't waste his chakra. I mean, this was the reason for my feat request. Or a talent. For the ones who read the manga only: (SPOILER ALERT) Sasuke uses his sharingan lots of times, and he seems not to run out of chakra, maybe its for the evil seal, but I'm supposing another thing.(SPOILERFINISH). Also Haku doesn't seems to run out of chakra.

If I remember correctly, Haku said himself that "I won't last long, my technique uses a lot of Chakra" or something like that.

And Kakashi warned Sasuke (when they trained together for the Chuunin exam) about the massive amount of Chakra Sharingan + Chidori consumes.

So, bloodlines really are hard to maintains.

Yes, guardian is correct. Then, they must have an incredibly high chakra pool Laughing
