Well, there are a lot of good sealing techs, and some elemental jutsus so cool. The Iron Sand jutsu/template well done, I love the idea.
Don't like the changes made on Yondaime's hijutsus. It's like I can't stand seeing Shunshin like a D-Rank, Rank 3 Ninjutsu, and seeing it on a lot of statblocks, and seeing also the effect I really think it has, with other name. I remember someone saying "It's his technique, Shunshin no jutsu" on Kakashi Gaiden. In my opinion, the capital seal and the flying thunder god are just 2 more yondaime's hijutsus, and the older version of Shunshin was the correct (in my opinion), so that's the version I will have on my still-developing campaign.
By the way, the update brings some sealing jutsus very useful. Also there's a lot of kinjutsu now. So you can create a kinjutsu user

"Swiftness that surpasses Shunshin!"
Yondaime Hokage's jutsu, the reason for his alias "Yellow Flash"! His high-speed
movement over long distances...it is really "space-time movement".
To activate the jutsu, he needs a "jutsu-shiki" to mark the destination.
Yondaime applies a "jutsu-shiki" to weapons such as kunai in advance. It is also
possible to leave it in a touched area, and when it is engraved on an enemy's
body, it becomes a curse seal with a sentence of death!
Picture text:
Top: He saves Kakashi and at the same time leaves a "jutsu-shiki" on the enemy's
leg.
Bottom: It is not comparable to the movement speed of Shunshin. The principle is
similar to that of Kuchiyose. |

Great update ... but shouldn't Dai Kamaitachi no Jutsu require Kamaitachi no Jutsu to learn? _________________ Three are the paths of soul:

Complaint: I think you overpowered Tsuuga. My friend was able to get up to level 30, and well, he had a 31 strength, and which he did 1d10+(11x2)+4, which is outragous dmg.. >.< and at only 2 chakra cost and no penalties... _________________ SHARRINGAN! |

Man, lvl 30. You thought what you just said? Everyone at lvl 30 should be able to do incredible damage. So, 1d10 claws? Wich claws he use? O-o I thought claws for a medium character was 1d4. Also I believe Taijutsu Master's unarmed damage increase did not increased claw damage. so, 1d4+(11x2). Don't know where he get the other +4.
Believeme, at level 30 almost everyone has a decent damage... at level 25, a Shinobi Swordman could have str 27 (with epic extreme strenght feat and others), had powered his greatsword usage and be able to do 2d6+21 with every attack, at a critical of 18-20. 4d6+42. He's level 25. Imagine at level 30 with all the strenght feats.
So, I don't believe Tsuuga is overpowered. _________________ Oden! Guide our ships, our axes, spears and swords! Guide us through storms that whip and in brutal war!

..Imagine all the super taijutsu the level 30 could use....like 5 extra attacks...for a total of what, 8 attacks? That would deal a crapload of damage...they aren't called Epic for nothing, y'know. |

You would think Kawamiri, or the erm...Taijutsu equivalent of it (Denkousekka Kaihi it's called, I believe) would work...and since they would require attack rolls, general defense would contribute in dodging, wouldn't it?
All Tsuuga does is increase damage on succesful attacks... |

I believe most taijutsu state that some kind of attack roll must be made for it to succeed (which, considering it is a kick or a punch or rapid succession thereof, is logical). Aka it has to best defense, a not so difficult task for anyone focussing on taijutsu...
Saves are for ninjutsu effect (of which there are quite some who can be halved with reflex), genjutsu effects (well, will saves, duh)...
Taijutsu sometimes, and other nin and genjutsus as well, will provoke fort saves to avoid stunning, blinding, or even MAS saves needed to be made.
I don't really get what you don't get...but that could just be me :s. |

That's the point on having ranks in ninjutsu: Kawarimi. The very best technique, and only lvl 1!! You can dodge any hit (call it full attack action, attack action) with that. If you succeed the DC, of course. _________________ Oden! Guide our ships, our axes, spears and swords! Guide us through storms that whip and in brutal war!

If it says you need to make an attack roll, then you can kawarimi-it. Unless the attack automatically hits (coup de grace, for example). _________________ "It's like making a cake, but instead of a cake it's a game and instead of frosting I have no life."

Okay, so... lemme get this correct...
Opponent: I use Tsuuga *He rolls to perform* *Succeeds* (What does he roll to try to break defense, if he needs to?) and from where would the Attack Bonus come from? _________________ SHARRINGAN! |

It's not so difficult...
Tsuuga wrote: | ... As he does, if the
charge succeed and the attack(s) connects, ... |
The attack bonus is the character attack bonus, with +2, cause it's a charge... if he hits your defense, then he adds his strenght bonus twice to his claw attacks damage. It's so simple. Then... the point on kawarimi... you can kawarimi every hit you're aware of. Imagine what you can do against a Tsuuga? _________________ Oden! Guide our ships, our axes, spears and swords! Boy, I've lost the track of how many times you've impressed me with an update. And you keep doing it. I hate you!
I was about to ask you about the maintain-speed thing. The stamina damage... meh, I will deal with it, I suppose. The two epic techs are specially great, and the war hero pact is awesome. I was looking for something like the mastering process you added. Cool addition, I must say. And it can be easily continued (I mean, taking more levels of mastering). The hidden village generation will help on campaigns and the changes made on KageBunshin seem correct.
A very, very decent update. Thanks for your time! _________________ Oden! Guide our ships, our axes, spears and swords! Guide us through storms that whip and in brutal war!
